Life Routine as an SQAE

"Having a routine can create a sense of accomplishment"

Life Routine as an SQAE

I personal love routine because it provides me a sense of structure and stability in my life specially as a Software Quality Analyst Engineer. Routines can create a sense of predictability and control, which can reduce my stress and anxiety. Additionally, routines help  me prioritize my tasks, and be more productive throughout the day.

I usually start my day at 5:00 a.m. (My dog and my mom wakes up at this time too)

Wash my face.

Walk my dog.

Eat my breakfast.

Drink my tea.

Clean my room/work station.

Do my social media. (I like reading latest updates online, it makes me more awake.)

At 7:20 a.m. I brush my teeth.

Take my morning bath. (I can't fully function without taking a bath in the morning.)

Get water.

Turn on my PCs.

And I am ready for work!

Having a routine can also create a sense of accomplishment, as I can track my progress towards my goals. However, it's important to note that while routines can be beneficial, it's also important to have flexibility and be open to making changes when necessary. Which sometimes I struggle but I am working on it. <3
